Please Note:
- Priority is given to parish events.
- Events can appear in parish media for a maximum of 3 weeks. Not need to be consecutive weeks.
- Ministry Leads are responsible for creating the content.
- Layout, wording, formatting, and graphics of your submission must follow the MQP communication guidelines and will be edited at the discretion of the communications staff.
- Due to limited space, in times of high demand, the Communications Team cannot ensure your event will be listed during the week you have requested.
- Graphics/photographs should be submitted in .jpg or .png format. PDF documents cannot be used.
Submissions from groups outside the parish: Send your submission to [email protected]. The communications staff will review and seek appropriate approvals. If any questions or clarifications are needed, you will be contacted via email.
